Paul
Paul is the young clerk at the music store where Ingrid's piano is kept. He allows Saga to play the piano when his boss is out.
Music Store Manager
The manager of the store looks very stern, and Saga's a little afraid of him. But he always seems to be away from the store at the times when it's convenient for her to come in and play the piano.
Miss Hanna
Miss Hanna is Saga's homeroom teacher. She has only recently become a teacher, and hasn't quite got the hang of it yet; but what she lacks in experience she makes up for with enthusiasm. She owns a turtle named Lancelot.
Basil and Cinnamon
  Basil and Cinnamon are apprentice thunder and ice fairies respectively. They're rather delinquent young fairies who live in the town's storehouse and enjoy scaring the townspeople. Sugar moved in with them briefly after her first big fight with Saga.
Vincent
Vincent is a member of the Hammond Troupe, a travelling theatre company that comes to Mühlenberg to perform their hit play, The Bear Pianist. Vincent was a big fan of Saga's mother, Ingrid. He is also a talented pianist, though Saga doesn't approve of his seeming disrespect for his instruments.
Kanon
Kanon is the young daughter of one of Regina's friends. Saga babysits Kanon when her mother has to go on business trips.
