Where on earth have you been?

This is the place for convention reports and travel notes. I vary between brief summaries of events, and copious note taking on the most minor and random facts I learn while traveling. I hear it's good to mix things up and keep the audience guessing!

I've got the first few days written up and pictures posted of my trip to Japan! I've got a few captions in my on-line album, but I'm still updating.

1) (March 28-30) Traveling. Text.

2) (March 31) Our first day in Tokyo - The Imperial Palace... parking lot, Tokyo University, Asakusa, Bikkuri-zushi, Tokyo Tower and Odaiba. Text and pictures.

3) (April 1) Second day in Tokyo - Eiken Anime Studio, Akihabara and the Bandai Museum. Text and pictures.

4) (April 2) Traveling from Tokyo to Kyoto, our ill-fated stop by Mount Fuji and night-time cherry blossom viewing in Arashiyama

5) (April 3) First full day in Kyoto - Sanjuusangendo Hall, Cion-in Temple, Nijo Castle, the Kyoto Studio Park, and karaoke!

6) (April 4) Free Day - Himeji Castle

7) (April 5) Last day in Japan - Higashi-Honganji Temple
